Mentorship designed based on what I call, “honouring your blueprint.”

There are so many ways this message emerges in my work. I call it honouring your blueprint, I call it listening to your North Star, I call it the authenticity equation.

What I’m really saying is this:

I’m trusting that the process of bringing more of myself into the world will not lead me astray. I’m trusting that it will deliver deeper levels of aliveness. I’m trusting that it will guide me towards my most aligned work. I’m trusting that it will help me to shed that which isn’t working. I’m trusting that it will nourish my becoming.

Many of us have experiences with the medicine of authenticity.

We have moments where we feel deeply seen, but only because we’ve chosen to take a risk and deeply show ourselves to another. We have moments where we brush shoulders with the emotional freedom and aliveness that comes from telling the truth. We have moments where we make decisions that don’t make “sense” intellectually, but honour a larger more personal logic. A logic that’s beyond thought or language. And then we witness how these decisions are the one’s that move our lives forward.

I have designed a flexible curriculum based on the themes which have occurred as most prevalent in my own recovery and reclamation process. Together we will traverse these topics in session each month, incorporating writing, breathwork, teaching and one-on-one guidance (exploration of “what’s alive”, blocks, intuitive guidance, reconnection with truth etc.) during our time together.

You will be responsible for setting one significant goal.

The mentorship container and the curriculum serve as structures through which we will explore and challenge your blocks, understand your defenses, engage in emotional clearing, and begin practicing a new way forward.

The Curriculum

Identifying Your North Star + Honouring Your Blueprint

What is your ultimate calling? How do your unique gifts and sensitivity shape your needs?

Relationship Ecologies, Roles + Stories

Exploring the system of relationships in which you exist. What roles do you play? What roles are you ready to break up with? What stories do you carry?

Emotional Clearing, Letting Go + Integrity

When everything changes, everything changes. You will be called to let go. The letting go will mean new boundaries, with yourself & with others. What does integrity look like to you now?

Risk Taking + Fear + Defenses

Expansion means learning how to remain in connection with Selflearning how to be fully here—regardless of what is externally occurring. It is as much about opening to the goodness, as it is opening to the sorrow. What is your deeper “why” on this journey? We explore building safety with love, uncertainty, abundance, rejection, failure and vulnerability.

Being Seen Trying

What is the most vivid and abundant expression of your offering? How do you relate to being seen trying for what matters you? What do you not want others to see?

Voice + Your Unique Message

There’s something you have to say. Actually, there’s something only you can say. This message is the core of your offering in this world. When you are witnessed living your message, others are unlocked, inspired and healed by it.

Monthly or bi-weekly sessions.

Journalling prompts + embodiment homework in between for your exploration.

Who do you work with?

This work is for you if:

You’re ready to take radical responsibility for your life.

We can’t work on what we don’t see, or refuse to look at. You’re open to seeing yourself as deeply human, including the parts that you may want to hide. You’re ready to move beyond blame and obsessions with being saved. You understand that your life is your sacred responsibility, and you’re ready to take that responsibility seriously.

You’re open to befriending discomfort and taking risks. You’re ready to disrupt patterns.

There’s risks you’re scared to take because they correlate to internal places which deeply matter to you. We expend huge amounts of energy repressing these parts of our desire and identity. There are always emotional and behavioural patterns related to stuckness. This work is about bringing more of ourselves into the world and learning how to navigate the risk-taking, pattern challenging journey which emerges in this process.

You want a framework that blends self-guided learning with real-person support.

What you put into our work together is what you will get out of it. This program is best suited to those who have the capacity to be emotionally available for themselves and the process. This work is not focused on “the window of tolerance” and is not suited for individuals who are in the stabilization phase of their journey.

You resonate with Hannah’s teachings, facilitation & writing.

This is intimate work. It’s half a year together. This work is best suited to individuals who strongly connect with specific aspects of my story or my teachings.

Meet Hannah

I began working with the authenticity equation long before I knew what it was. First in small ways. I was being experimental. I was trying on a new way of living because, well, how I had been living wasn’t working. How I had been thinking wasn’t working. How I had been feeling — or not feeling — hadn’t been working.

I wondered what would happen if I made decisions based on instinct, intuition, felt-sense, and not “logic”, “should”, fear, or safety? What would happen if I really believed that anything was possible for my life? What might I choose to do? What might I let go of or pursue? What would change?

When I thought about my visions of a “good life”, of a life that aligned with my blueprint, well I was doing everything I’m doing now. I was writing. I was teaching. I was running groups. I was working 1:1 with a small, handful of clients. I wasn’t waking up to an alarm. I had time everyday in nature. I was traveling. I was reading. I was making art. I was honouring my personal cycles. I was telling the truth. I was making my own schedule, and working outside the system.

I decided to give myself one year to truly try for it.

I built the life I now have because I felt a rush of energy first when I first visioned it, washing my hair in the shower every morning. One day I decided that rush of energy was worth following. I decided it might even be more reliable then any “logical” thought-system through which I has previously been making decisions. I didn’t know for certain, but I was willing to find out.

I built this life because I decided that the risks of staying where I was, were bigger than the risks of leaping towards what I actually wanted. I built this life knowing that if it didn’t work out — I would be okay. That I would be grateful I tried for myself. No matter the consequences of my efforts, it was all informing me, preparing me, and guiding me in essential ways.

A miraculous string of miracles have followed my own becoming process. It was as though when I began deeply honouring my own blueprint through the living of it; I began working directly with forces bigger than myself. Honouring my blueprint became a larger expression of integrity, of living my values — not in a moral way — but in a creative, dynamic, instict-led way.

This program is for those who are also on a journey of spiritual reclamation, expression, and following the aliveness.

  • “One of the most meaningful shifts [in working with Hannah] has been understanding that shame begins to metabolize when we tell the truth. Hannah has supported me in being able to say what’s true, feel what’s present, and honor who I am, and who I'm becoming."

    - Aubrey

  • "[Hannah] creates a loving container for one to be witnessed in all of their beauty and messiness. In the hardest time of my life, that container was so life-giving when I was so depleted. Humor was there, encouragement, genuine interest, deep listening. Spiritual support, more therapeutic than anything else I’ve experienced. She treats everyone like a human, an equal, rather than yet another client walking through the door. If you too have felt that from people you’ve gone to for help, Hannah’s approach will start to heal the invisibility and unwelcomeness of it. She brings a kindness and a calm, and in both groups and 1:1, makes you feel like you’re completely allowed."

    - Jen

  • "Hannah has a gift for bringing information, stories, and images together in a way that lands in the body. I'm a lover of language, and how she taught resonated. [Hannah guiding of] breathwork into visual meditations took me somewhere I couldn't have reached alone. The structure of lecture, into visualization, into writing, into sharing, felt like its own soft ceremony."

    - Kel

  • "Today when I shared and you asked me how I felt, I said calm but upon reflection, I think I meant safe. I felt safe. Thank you."

    - Julie

  • I was nervous to meet Hannah because of how much her words have meant to me. Meeting her only made them all more meaningful. She is wonderful, kind, thoughtful, and honours her humanness. In doing so, she has given me permission to honour mine. Through breathwork with Hannah I expanded my capacity to be with my most uncomfortable feelings. A deep gift I cherish. [Hannah's work is for] heart minded, curious folks who are looking to live an aligned meaningful life.
