Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations:

Sessions cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment will be credited towards another session at a new agreed upon time.

No shows and sessions cancelled after 48 hours will be charged at full cost. Each client is permitted one rescheduling.

No Shows

If you simply do not show up for an event, or a session, or if you cancel your appointment on the same day, 100% of the booking price will be forfeited.

Events

Tickets for live, virtual or recorded groups, workshops or events are non-refundable. Thanks you for taking into consideration the energy and time which goes into providing these services.

Groups

Enrollment in healing groups is non-refundable.

Lateness

If you are late, please let me know by emailing me. The session will still end at the same time as scheduled, if I have an appointment after.
