Ongoing Work & Commitment

While each session provides value on its own, for ongoing work, there is a commitment of a minimum of six sessions. Somatic breathwork is a process-oriented practice. Meaningful change, integration, and emotional processing often unfold gradually over multiple sessions. A series of sessions allows for the building of trust, depth, and supports lasting growth.

I understand there is a six session minimum for ongoing work.
