The Life Changing Magic of Being Yourself — Somatic Writing & Breathwork Group ✮⋆˙11/08/2025

from US$25.00

On Saturday November 8th, at 1pm ET, I will be facilitating a workshop for individuals interested in meditation, somatics and writing as tools for accessing deeper levels of authenticity.

This group will explore authenticity within the context of masking, identity, and voice. We will be exploring breathwork as a tool for metabolizing and processing shame associated with being one’s self.

The group is informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS) writing techniques.

What is IFS-informed writing?

IFS informed writing involves attuning to different “parts” of our emotional system, and developing a relationship with them through writing.

Both practices have helped me access direction, clarity and profound self-directed tenderness in times of emotional exhaustion and upheaval.

This group will also involve somatic breathwork.

What is somatic breathwork?

In one sentence, breathwork is a somatic tool, an active meditation and a pathway to non-ordinary states of consciousness.

Breathwork can support individuals in accessing deep levels of catharsis, moving emotions through the physical body, and opening to insights which are not available when in the thinking mind. For more information on the kind of breathwork we will be using, please click here.
